We know shops and suppliers in Georgia with quality goods and low prices (20-30% lower than the market average), and we know what is necessary to purchase and what is not (which allows you to avoid unnecessary spending on the apartment adjustment).
At the stage of furniture selection, our designer will help to locate the sleeping accommodation so that the apartment would look the most attractive for renting. (We monitor the demand and sometimes, depending on the apartment layout and location, it is better to equip a one-room apartment as a twin room, or sometimes as a family room with partition walls and additional space for children).
At the stage of filling the apartment with the houseware we will buy everything necessary for the amount of people who are going to live there. We will arrange the apartment in the style that will appeal to the customer and will be appropriate for a ski resort hotel. At the final stage of the process we will make a professional photo and, if needed, will place the information about the apartment on the popular online booking sites and arrange a meeting of guests and cleaning.
How does it work?
1. CREATION OF REQUIRED WORKS AND SERVICES LIST We define and coordinate the list of necessary services and purchases with the owner.
2. ADVANCED PAYMENT. The owner of the apartment makes an advanced payment equal to the estimated cost of the selected goods and services.
3. APPROVAL of each item and PURCHASE. After a prompt discussion (via WhatsApp or Viber) of each necessary service and purchase with the owner of the apartment, we perform repairs and purchase furniture, equipment, dishes, linen and decorative items according to the agreed list.
4. DELIVERY and INSTALLATION of the property in the owner's apartment in Gudauri, furniture assembly and equipment installation.
5. FINAL PAYMENT The owner makes the final payment according to the results of the final cost (agreed at each stage), taking into account the agency fee in the amount of 10-20% of the amount of expenses under the terms of cooperation.
How much does it cost?
10-20% of the amount of expenses:
+ 10% of the check amount for the cost of repairs, furniture and household appliances purchase, transportation.
+ 20% of the check amount for the cost of decoration works and filling (i.e beds, towels, dishes, etc.)),
As a gift you will be presented 10-15 professional photos of the apartment (free photoshoot after the work completion).
