Gudauri Travel LLC company was founded in 2011 to manifest little-known at that time outside of Georgia mountain-ski resort, develop and form an interest in Gudauri among different territorial segments. In the first years, we invested our money and time, inviting European and CIS ski experts, mass-media representatives and sportsmen to Gudauri.

That investment strategy and forward planning of our company allowed to arrange a stable and smooth tourist flow in Gudauri and get profit from providing a complex of services in real estate industry -  accommodation reservation, real property trust management and realtor services.

Thanks to the state mountain-ski resorts development policy and our efforts, as of from 2011 to this year Gudauri has turned from a small resort with about twenty family hotels to an ambitious and developing world-wide resort which is the best in Transcaucasia, where the Ski and Snowboard World Championship will take place in 2023.

On the new-built property market, Gudauri Travel LTD represents the interests of Gudauri resort building contractors and developers, providing realtor services and transaction support during real estate purchase.

The success in work with secondary real estate is provided by a well-established relationship with Gudauri and Kazbegi local community for searching and providing investment opportunities at attractive prices.
